Yesterday Matt and I went for what was supposed to be a 30 minute walk, but it ended up being more of a 40+ minutes walk. No complaints here, more is better.
This afternoon we did our 30 minutes of jogging, only I just realized we have been pushing ourselves more than necessary. According to the running schedule I looked up online, we should be running 1 minute, and then walking 2 minutes X 10. Oops. Well, I guess we'll go back to the regular schedule on Friday, and it will seem easier.
I remembered to take my inhaler before running and I also took a puff when I was done. It still hurt, but I feel a heck of a lot better than I did on Monday.
